Over de woonruimte

Hi all, we're looking for a new housemate to join us in our comfortable apartment in Helpman. Its on an indefinite contract, and you would be free to move in from 1 February.

We're three students (1F, 2M) looking for a fourth person to rent a room thats coming free this month. 
The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the nearest AH and a 5 minute cycle from the nearest Lidl. Theres a bus station a 4 minute walk away and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the centre, bus or cycling.

The rent is around 325 excluding utilities, and the furniture is to be taken over by our new housemate for 150 (negotiable)
