Over de woonruimte

Hey! A room in our student house in Vinkhuizen will become available indefinitely from mid-February 2025, so we are looking for a new roommate. We‘re looking for a male (20+) who plans to stay for at least a year.

You’ll share the house with 4 great roommates (2 guys, 2 girls between 19 and 23 years old). At the moment we do house nights every 2nd week and we consider ourselves a very social house that enjoys spending time together. The house has shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and - our personal highlight - a front and back garden. The house is within walking distance of grocery stores like Lidl and Albert Heijn.

The room will be available from February 15th, 2025 (I‘m flexible with the exact move-in date). The rent is around 430€ per month including utilities, with a deposit of 350€. The room is unfurnished, but I can leave all my furniture for 100€.  Due to previous personal investments in the house, there is a one-time amortisation fee of 81.26€ which you will get back when you move out. Registration with the municipality is possible.
