INTERNATIONALS PREFERRED

We are looking for a a new housemate to live with us in our cozy home in the Korrewegwijk. The supermarket is around the corner. The city center is on a 7 minute bike ride and Noorderplantsoen (park) lays on a walking distance. The room is €380, including gas, water, light, and the rental of the furniture. 

The room is available for 2 months, furniture and some other room stuff is included. A bunch of plants that would love some water from time to time are also part of the room! It has two built-in closets and two large windows that bring a lot of light in the room as well. You will share a kitchen and a bathroom.

We live with 6 and we are a social and active house. We are a mixed house, all studying here in Groningen. We do not have a common room but the kitchen and our 3 balconies are our main chill spots. Most often, the doors are wide open for each other and everyone also feels free to do their own thing. You will find there is always somebody to share a drink or talk with. Every Tuesday we have a scheduled house evening and we cook a wonderful meal together.

The room needs to be rented from the start of January up until the end of February 2025. Send us a message if you are interested! Afterwards you'll hear from us and maybe we would like to invite you over (online possible), on the 17th of December, to get to know each other a bit better :-)
