I’m looking for someone to take over my room in the Upsilon student complex, near Zernike Campus. Here’s an overview of the room and amenities:

Location: Upsilon Student Complex, just a 10-minute walk to Zernike Campus.
Room Features: Private bathroom and toilet, with a shared kitchen among 7 other international students.
Furnishings: Fully furnished, including bed, wardrobe, shelf, and desk.
Utilities & Cleaning: All utilities are included, and the communal hallways are regularly cleaned.
Extras on Site: Washers and dryers (Wash&Go app), a vending machine, and a coffee machine are on the ground floor.
Requirements: The tenant must be an international Master’s student in their first year at Hanze University and must have an approved SSH account.

Rent: €640per month (including all expenses).
