Over de woonruimte

We are looking for a fourth roommate in our house from the 15th of November 2024 until the end of January 2025.

The house is a two-minute walk from the university and 10 minutes by bike from the centre of Encshede.

In this house, three rooms are already rented by Swedish students but we all speak fluent English. The rent is 650 euros including all charges. 

The furniture in the room includes:
    1x double bed,
    1x desk with chair
    1x clothes cupboard

The house also has the following shared facilities :
    1x kitchen with dishwasher
    1x fridge
    1x living room and 1 dining room
    1x washing machine
    1x outdoor space
    1x bicycle garage
