Hi there, I will be moving out of the Netherlands in February 2025, and am therefore leaving my partly furnished room for rent!

⏲️ Time/Period
The room will only be available for rent from February 2025 until at least end of July 2025 / August (Apart from that you are flexible when to move out as long as a new tenant has been found)

📍The location: 
From here to Saxion it takes ~ 7minutes by bike or ~20min by bike to Twente University. You can also pass by the Jumbo in the center to do grocery shopping going to or coming home from uni.
Peter Hu (Asian Supermarket) /Ada Supermarket (Turkish)/ A big jumbo is in within walking distance. It's located fairly central,  walking to the center also only takes around 10 minutes.

🏠Housing:
The house is shared with 5 other people (1 person is basically living on their own department so it's realistically its shared between 4 other housemates ). We have 2 bathrooms for share.
The kitchen is shared between 5 people (including the person for this room).
We have a small yard in the back and a shed where you could store your bike away from rain. 

🪴 The Room itself
In addition the room is provided with 2 extra closet rooms for storing purposes.
One has a hanger which is perfect for hanging jackets and other clothing, and also has a shelf for storing smaller items.

🌱Furnishing for sale:
I will be selling some of my furniture alongside this room. Those include:
+ A single bed with matress and one set of bedsheets & pillow
+ One office Chair, Plant pot, Small bin
+ Laundrybag, Drawer for storing clothes
+Hangers for the storage room
The additional furniture are for sale for 130EUR, pricing can be discussed.

💰 Costs
376 EUR (Room) + 105 EUR (Energy) = 481EUR
Note: 
+ The pricing of the room itself is going to rise in July every year in accordance to the overall price change of the government
+ 1 month of Deposit needs to be provided for the room before rental, in case anything will be damaged or for inequitable purposes.

🧑🏻Housemate:
Take note that you are living with other people and that the house facilities are shared between each other. We are looking for people who can clean up after themselves. Both dutch and internationals, whether you're a lad or a girl, are welcome
