Room for rent in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht (postal code 1115dd), the room is appr. 12m2 and has its private shower, toilet and kitchenette, you have to share the living room and kitchen

Gas, licht, usage of washing machine and dryer, fast internet and city taxes is included. 
Public space is cleaned once a week by a cleaning company
 Minimum rental period is 6 months, the room is vacant the first of october, it is possible to register at the city hall. 
 The house is located 5 walkingminutes from train/metrostation Duivendrecht and metrostation Van der Madeweg. 
 Duivendrecht is a small city very close to Amsterdam. Duivendrecht is not the Bijlmer or Zuidoost. 
 !! The room is for a single non-smoking person !! 

We are looking for an international student for this accomodation, this room will be rented out on the basis of a so-called Campus contract.
For this contract we need a copy of proof of registration for the current academic year at an academic institution in Amsterdam.
Every start of the academic year we need this proof of registration, if the proof is not accepted then you need to exit the room in 6 months

We only respond to possible tenants who write something about themselves (work,hobby,interests) this makes it for us easier to invite the right tenant.
  We reject every possible tenant if:
 - There is no proof of registration at an academic institute in Amsterdam
 - There is no proof of income.
 - You are a smoker or using drugs.
 - Double occupancy is also not possible.
 - We need to see the new tenant face to face, no skype.
 - No pets allowed

Some financial figures:
Room deposit is €820 (returned after ending the contract and the conditions are met)
key/deregistration deposit is €200 (returned after ending the contract and the conditions are met)
Rent must be payed the first of the month in advance
