SHORT TERM SUBLET for 1 MONTH

I'm renting out my room in Diemen for almost a month from 26th of December 2024 to 22nd of January 2025. The rent is 715 euros for the entire duration with everything included. 

The room is about 12sqm and has lots of storage because of the built in closet. The room is in a shared apartment with two other girls, both students. The vibe in the home is very welcoming and cozy. 

The apartment itself is about 100sqm and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and cleaning supply closet that you will share with the other girls. You basically only need your clothes to move in because the apartment has everything else :)

In terms of area, the apartment is right behind the Diemen train station and within 10 minutes, you can be in Amsterdam Centraal with the train. We also have a bus connection to Bijlmer, and a tram connection that runs from Diemen to Sloterdijk and goes through the whole city. There's a shopping centre with all basic shops about 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

The time period can be shorter (and this will then be adjusted in the rent amount) but cannot be longer. I will move my stuff out of my room but will leave it in the storage spaces in the apartment itself. 

I'm a very tidy person who likes to keep things clean, so I would appreciate if you can take care of my room while I'm away.
