Dear internationals,

we are looking for new flatmate to complement our mixed group of six/seven. We are looking for a responsible person (18-23y) with social affinity but also respect for privacy and initiative to contribute to the house in form of cleaning, caring and .. well let us know.

The room is pretty spacious. .The location is a plus, being close to the tram stop Anna Bijnslaan and the train station Den Haag Moerwijk, as well as Lidl, Coop, Haagse Markt and Zuiderpark. It is also relatively quiet here. As we have no living room, social events are usually limited to the kitchen.

No short term stays please.
Registration is possible.
MBO level preferred.
Rent: 500 excl.

Max. contract period: 2 1/2
The landlord does not live in Den Haag and when things break, we often deal directly with professionals such as plumbers.
You’ll find a white room with a bed which is supposed to be left in this condition when leaving - you’ll also be responsible to find a new tenant for you room then.

If you move in: check with the current tenants what is actually needed and what not, for instance we have way too many pots and pans, we got problems to store them all actually.

As I am moving from the country, I would want to sell all the furniture in the room. The price will be discussed later:)
