A nice and big room 16 m2 fully furnished is available in Delft!  This house has a beautiful living/dining room and a kitchen with all the necessary stuff.   A bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, a separate toilet.  A washing machine and a dryer are available. Furthermore, the house is very near the shops (0.5 km),  TU  Delft, IHE (5-10 minutes using a bike), and train station Delft and the city center.

Wireless internet is free for use. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, one desk, two chairs, a large clothes cabinet, and other stuff. There is a dinner table (can be used as a desk) with chairs, and a sofa.
You can use everything in the house for free. Registration is not a problem at all. All-in price.

The room is really suitable for a couple (one household) The kitchen and the living room are for you alone, because another couple has their own kitchen and dinner place. Only the bathroom and WC are shared with them.

All housing needs (water/Electricity/gas/internet and furniture) are provided and included within the price.
