THE HOUSE
One of our roommates is leaving the house and we are looking for a student who can balance their studies with chilling/partying (generally having fun).

MANDATORY!!!!!!
In order to live here you have to be a student at the TU-Delft, Inholland Delft, Haagse hogeschool or another *UNIVERSITY IN DELFT*. This is a DUWO requirement and they will ask for proof of enrollment so please don't reply if you don't study at any of these uni's or in Delft. 

We are a diverse house with a variety of interests (music, gaming, movies, plants, cooking). If a match you'll be sharing the house with two Romanians, a German/American and Indonesian/Dutch (Ioana, Alexandra, Nick, Daphne).

We do like to chill together often, throw a party, go to a rave together, get randomly drunk, trauma dump or watch a movie with some late night j's on the couch however we also very much value our private times and individual chill sessions.
We're looking for someone who can match our dynamic and is generally very chill but also down to have a good time with us every now and then. Please provide us with an accurate description of yourself and interests!! Also, if you feel comfortable with it, a photo of yourself would be very much appreciated!.
We value diversity in this house so please don't be shy to tell us your interests like movies, music, sports, anime, arts or anything you find interesting! We aren't specifically looking for any gender or type of person rather than someone that we can just chill with. As for the house we don't mind non smokers however we would like someone who doesn't mind smoking around the house as we all do and dont limit it to just our rooms (this is not just ciggies either so keep that in mind).

We enjoy hanging out together but also really enjoy our personal space, we often knock on each others door or plan to watch something like a movie or go to a pub or smth but if you're not up for it you can ALWAYS decline as we all have bad days (or even weeks). You don't have to be the biggest fan of every one of our activities nor is it an obligation to hang or be super social but it would be nice if you were open to joining us on some shared things. For example when Daphne gets us to watch some absurd reality tv drama show she found or wants us to join one of her themed nights (read obscure concept she just came up with turned into party) or when Ioana drags us to a road trip to Berlin or any other city to have a random rave weekend in some obscure place or if Alexandra wants us to go to a museum or some sight she's just read about or convinces you to watch AOT even though you don't watch anime (ngl it was surprisingly good).

We would also like to emphasise that we are kinda crackheads, not literally, but kinda, in that every day is very random and you might encounter some random events that you'll just have to be able to laugh at or will be begged to join in on.
If you might enjoy/want to join in on our collective breakdowns during exam week, bender weekends or can tolerate the occasional roommate spawning at ur door crying bc they need to vent (happens more than u think as we as mentally unstable) please reply  (preferably also with a pic of urself!) 
We are very respective of each others personal space but are also friends at the end of the day so if you have anything ur interested in or any parties you're joining just know that we are always down to go as a house when asked but are also very much ready to back off and give you your space if needed since we are all doing our own things during the day :)

Also spare us of any generic messages that tell us nothing about you and are just requesting a viewing, we get it you all like working out and you are all tidy people who have never made a sound. Also don't reply if you are religious, homophobic, describe urself as an alpha male or are a part of a sorority or student association.
