The house contains a total of 4 rooms, two toilets, a bathroom, kitchen, and garden. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. In addition, there is a washing machine. 

We are looking for a neat, quiet tenant who works or studies . Currently only owner occupied at property one male .

The rent is between €450 and €500 per month excluding gas water light (shared)
The deposit is equal to 2 month's rent
