Over de woonruimte

Hi, we are renting our second bedroom in a fully furnished house in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Some notes about the house and the room:
- The room is very spacious (13 sq.m) in a 2 floor row house
- The room includes bed, side table, working table and chair as well as lights
- guest will have access to kitchen, appliances, living room and backyard
- high speed wifi
- you will be sharing the house with a young couple and a friendly french bulldog 
- 8 mins walking from metro station (2-3 min by bicycle)


Some notes about the desired tenant:
- preference will be given to those who work from the office, study full time at the university, or spend significant time out of office
- house is strictly non-smoking
- only for individuals
- no pets (since we have a dog at home already)
- we are very particular about cleaning so you must be clean and organized too
- ideal for someone looking for a temporary accommodation
