I’m looking for a responsible flatmate to take over a spacious room in my beautiful canal-side apartment in Nieuwmarkt, starting from November 2024 for at least 1 year. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me – I’m a 30-year-old working professional in banking.

The apartment is modern, bright, and well-maintained. It’s fully furnished with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a shower (including a toilet), and there’s an additional separate toilet for convenience. The available bedroom is large, featuring two wardrobes and a double bed. The apartment also has a dedicated storage room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as extra storage space under and over the stairs.

There’s a small back courtyard that provides a relaxing space, and the apartment is in a prime location by the canal, just a 4-minute walk from Nieuwmarkt station and an 8-minute walk from the Centraal Station. The apartment is on the ground floor for easy access.
