Over de woonruimte

MAXIMUM RENTAL PERIOD 1 MONTH

Me and my fiance are looking for someone to sublet a room in an apartment we live in Nieuwmarkt. The room is TINY and also has our laundry machine in it, therefore it is not suitable for longer rental periods but more for people who need a short term stay while looking for a more permanent place. The apartment is located in the red light district, on the third floor so naturally there is some noise from the streets also in late hours.

You will be sharing the apartment (living room, kitchen bathroom) with me and my fiance. I am a psychology student at UvA and he is working at a bar near our home. We are both really easy-going and social and like to have friends over for dinner and drinks.
