Over de woonruimte

Hello, im looking for a female roomate for the period from 1st of January (if needed earlier we can discuss it) to the end of April 2025 (with the possibility of extension).Registration is possible from 10th of January, as my roomate can remove herself out only in the beginning of January.
Apartment is located in a very nice area, 10 min walk to the Oosterpark and 5 min to the Frankendael park. It is very close to the Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Action and other shops. To the city center 15-20 min by bike, trams are also available. Close to Muiderpoort station. Microwave, oven, washing machine are available.
The room has access to the balcony. It is furnished with the bed and mirror ( table my roomate take with herself whe she will move out but we will orginise something for you. You also will get at least half of the wardrobe room. The only thing that you need to be aware, the access to the bathroom will be through your room. That is why I am looking for a female roommate, so that it is comfortable for both of us.
