 A large room (15.7 m²) will be available for 6 months starting January 1st to June 30th.

• A well-equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, cutlery, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space, large living room, 2 toilets.
• Furnished shared living space

📋 Practical Information:
• Room size: 15.7 m²
• Rent: €1,095/month (including bills and service cost) 
• Deposit: €1800

• Furniture fee: €380 for the room (double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers) 
• Additional costs: Water and trash taxes will be split between the three roommates in May (Approx. ~€300 per person)

• Note: The full 6-month period is required! The deposit is fully reimbursable unless you leave earlier.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with:

• Me (27, Bulgarian): I’ve lived in Amsterdam for 7 years and work full-time. I’m social but also value privacy, enjoy open and honest communication, and like to maintain a positive atmosphere. I’m mainly working from the office during the week. I like going to city trips, relaxing at the spa, and catching up with friends over dinner and drinks on the weekends. 

• My roommate (Italian, 25): He’s currently doing his PhD in physics. He has a great sense of humor, makes delicious authentic Italian pasta, and appreciates good wine.

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible temporary roommate who appreciates a clean, comfortable living environment.
