Over de woonruimte

•⁠  ⁠Registration is possible 👍 
•⁠  ⁠It’s €991/month all-inclusive (rent + utilities i.e. gas, electricity, internet, washer/dryer).
•⁠  ⁠You will have to pay a deposit worth the initial base rent i.e. €750.
•⁠  ⁠The Room: It’s a 10m2 bedroom - furnished as in the pictures (the bed is double, it's extendable)
•⁠  ⁠The apartment: It’s located on Hudsonstraat in Amsterdam West/De Baarsjes and you have most things you could want within a 10 min bike ride - 2 min walk to Mercatorplein for groceries, Rembrandtpark and Erasmuspark are within a 5 min walk, Vondelpark within a 5 min bike ride, and Damplein / De Jordaan are only a 10 min bike ride away; aside from that there are plenty of bus- and tram stops near and around Mercatorplein.

Aside from this, there is a terrace that can come in handy when spring and summer come around! All in all, we have what we need to make a nice place to live - and if anything is missing, then we will just get it!

About the roommate:
I work in Finance for a tech company and I mostly work from home (on average 2 days per week at the office), rather outgoing yet I like to give each other our personal space. I speak English, French and some decent Dutch, with notions of Portuguese & Spanish. I don’t mind you having friends over/hosting parties as long as you let me know beforehand and don’t do it every day.

About you:
i) Requirements from landlord/housing company:
•⁠  ⁠Be employed (full-time or longer-term), have a contract and payslips to prove it
•⁠  ⁠Have a BSN and DigiD 
•⁠  ⁠Not for pets nor couples, sorry 🙁
ii) Also:
•⁠  ⁠Preferably be male, between 25-35yo
•⁠  ⁠Someone that can keep common areas tidy and think together to solve potential issues in the house.
•⁠  ⁠Would be nice if you’re a social animal, mindful of the person you’d live with and rather open-minded.
