Over de woonruimte

Hi there, 

From November 21st I'm looking for a new housemate. 

Its a beautiful monumental ground floor apartment with high ceilings where you'll have the patio facing room of 16 square meters with a built-in loft bed! It's fully furnished and it's right next to central station (2 min walk). You'll share the apartment with just me and you'll also have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove. There's storage in the basement too if needed, and ofcourse internet is included. See the pictures for an impression (some personal items will be taken by the current renter but all the furniture stays!).

No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1200,- per month excl gas & electricity including water/taxes/internet. A monthly advance of 150 euro for utilities will be added to that which should cover normal use of gas & electricity (and I ask for one months deposit of 1350,-). The period is from November 21st until 31st of march 2025. There is a possibility to extend your stay indefinite if we're a good match. In that case we can discuss registration too. 

I'm a 37 year old woman (fluent in Englisch and Dutch) and have lived in amsterdam for half of that :) I'm working as an occupational health doctor. I also spend part of my time at my trailer in the woods so there'll be times where you'd have the apartment all to yourself. Next to my time at the trailer I live a full working and social life, so I have a busy schedule but would enjoy sharing a meal with you every now and then! I can also give you loads of Amsterdam tips if wished.
