Looking for female to take my room for 1 months from Mid October to Mid November.

Hey there, I am looking for a friendly female flatmate age 20 to 26 years old to take my room for 1 months while I am away with the possibility to extend. I live with one other female student. The room is available from 15th August for two months with the option to prolong.

I have a cosy one bedroom with balcony (approx. 12 square metres), to rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in the lively De Pijp just minutes walk from the Metro station and trams, within walking distance of the Albert Cuyp market and the Sarphatipark. The location is ideal for someone that wants to live very central. The apartment was fully renovated only 2 years ago so feels like new. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. 

The price is Eur1250/month including the utilities (Wifi, water, heating ) with a one time deposit of Eur500 . The flat is fully furnished, has a washing machine and dishwasher.
