I am looking for a respectful, non-smoking, working and trustworthy and neat person. Interested? It is a great location near the metro station Noord. The metro will bring you in 5 minutes to central station, also the bus, shops and restaurants are nearby.

The price is €725,- per month all included and one time €725- deposit.
The property itself is at the topfloor 90 m2, kitchen diningroom, livingroom bathroom and separate toilet. 

The city center is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle or by car; there are several buses about 400 meters away, the IJ ferry and the IJ tunnel. The Ring A-10 is also easily accessible.
