I’m looking for a new roommate (girls only, aged 18-23) to move into my apartment as my current roommate is moving out.

The apartment is 86m², recently renovated, and shared between 2 tenants (max), and includes:

•	3 bedrooms (one is a small study for the available room)
•	A kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate storage unit and balcony

It’s located in a quiet, residential area in North Amstelveen, close to the Kronenburg tram station (about a 10 min walk). Supermarkets and other essentials are nearby or just underneath the building. Getting to roeterseiland/city center takes around 30 minutes by bike or 30-40 minutes by public transport. It might sound far, but it’s manageable and honestly the commute is not as long as it may seem.

Rent Details:

•	Current monthly rent: €1,022.50 per person
•	Utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet): Approx. €107.50 per person (varies with usage/season), for a total of around €1,130 per month per person.

Furnishings:

The apartment is currently furnished, but when we moved in the apartment came unfurnished. Most of the furniture: bed, wardrobes, desk, etc. belongs to the departing tenant, and other apartment furniture, kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. is partly owned by her too. She is offering to leave these for €1,500 for whoever moves in. More can be discussed upon an in-person viewing of the apartment.

Additional Information:

•	The apartment is in a well-maintained residential area with rules to respect within the community.
•	No smoking, parties, or gatherings are allowed.
•	It’s on the 5th floor (with lifts).
•	I’ve lived here for 2 years and have nothing bad to say about it, I really enjoy living here!

Other Costs:

•	Security deposit: €2,700 per person (refunded at the end of the lease).
•	The lease runs until October 2025, with the option to renew, it will be.
•	Registration is possible.

Move-In Date:

The room will be available starting 20th February 2025 and onwards.
