Over de woonruimte

Hey everyone we are Fede (30) and Toni (26), we are looking for a new roommate! 
The room is in Amstelveen 10 minutes walk from the tram 25 stop in Sportlaan. 1100 eur all Inc room available with registration and contract from 10th of January

Note: there is a beautiful cat in the house so it’s very important to be aware of the fact that she’s a roommate too and she needs to feel comfortable with everyone in the house. Also the living room is now upgraded with plants.

Viewing will happen Wednesday 18th 6:30-8:30pm


The apartment comes fully-furnished, equipped all the furnitures and we have a great balcony too!  

Basic info: 
-contact for 1 year preferable but can be longer or shorter. 
-separate toilet and bathroom with both bathtub and shower
-amazing open views both side of the house
-next Albert heijn, Jumbo and Lidl
-balcony with balcony furnitures
-Rent: 1100 euros all incl G/W/E/I and all little maintenance of the house
-It's a 3 bedroom apartment so you are going to share the house with us, we are 26 and 30, working in hospitality and flower breeding
-Deposit: 1month rent
-in your room - a double bed, big closet, drawer, desk.

The idea is always finding people who are taking care of themself and the house and very respectful to each others.

House rules:
-No big house parties
-No more pets 
-Follow the cleaning schedule
-Respect everyone (cat included ❤️) 

About you:
-Preferably somebody in a similar age group, queer or ally
-Needs to love and respect the cat (she’s not shy at all) 
-Preferably working or finishing studies
-Tidy, responsible but fun ✨
-We are Spanish and Italian, we would like to share the house with someone who can also be our friend. we all have privacy and moments when we want to be by ourselves but we would like to create a bonding with the person who’s coming ✨✨
-if you have a relationship you can invite your partner as much as you want but the room is only for one person.
