Over de woonruimte

I rent part of my house near Abcoude, with a separate entrance, to students :  3 bedrooms in total, each with 140cm wide double bed, that share their own living room, kitchen, shower room and WC. It is beautiful and quiet here, 10 mins or so by bicycle to Amsterdam's  Gein Metro or to Abcoude train station. Free private parking in my drive.

Just ONE room is becoming available now until the end of the academic year on 31 July 2023.

Most of my guests have been studying/internship at the UMC Hospital complex, less than 15 mins away by bike. 

Important house rules :
VEGETARIAN & NON-SMOKING
(you don't have to be vegetarian, but NO meat or smoking anywhere on the property).

Registration with Gemeente possible.

Please check our location before applying : we are in the beautiful, peaceful countryside: nearest public transport & Jumbo supermarket is Gein Metro, a 10 minute bike ride.

IMPORTANT : when replying to this ad, please let me know where you are/will be studying and a little about yourself, including your age, are you already in The Netherlands, if not, do you have a visa (if needed)? 

Please also note the contract duration.

Applying for a room is a little like applying for a job: you need to convince the landlord that you are a good prospective tenant, who can afford to pay the rent. If all you write is "I'm interested in the room", you are not going to get the room (or a job)! 

I made a new policy last year, if you don't bother to read my room description, nor tell me about yourself, I will delete your enquiry without replying... this sounds harsh, I know, but c'mon everyone, you can do it ;)
