Hi! I am renting out my apartment from January 14 until June 14, 2024 (5 months). I am working abroad in that period. The apartment is located on the Diedenweg 119-II (upper/third floor) and has one of the most beautiful views in Wageningen.

It comes fully furnished and including all service costs and utility costs for EUR 1400 per month, which includes EUR 400 for service and utility cost. So that is EUR 7000 for the entire period.

The apartment comes with a modern kitchen, bathroom, central heating, and so forth. Yet it has a lot of character thanks to the original elements like interior doors from the 50s.

Location
The apartment is located on the edge of the city, with a view of the meadows and edge of the forests. It is a 5 minute bike ride to the centre and the campus, and walking distance from bus stops to Ede and Arnhem. By car, you can connect to the A12 or A50 highways within 5 minutes. Both the forest and the riverlands are a few minutes by bike as well. And there is a supermarket (Albert Heijn) around the corner. The apartment is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. There is a bike storage shed in the basement.

Furnished
The apartment comes fully furnished. Appliances are included and can be used; washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, water cooker (there is no dryer or dish washer). Use of kitchen wares (cutlery, plates, etc) is also included. Bed and mattress (optional) can be used. The plants are also part of the package, so some watering skills are required.

Floor Plan
The apartment has one bedroom, one kitchen, one living room, a corridor with toilet, and a dining/study room. The floor area is around 60 sq.m. There is a front and a back balcony.

Amenities
The apartment has central heating which can heat every room. The trash collection is around the corner outside. Bike storage space is available in the basement.

Requirements
- Only suitable for a working single or a working couple
- No co-living or children (apartment is too small/neat for kids)
- Only available for the entire indicated period (or min. 3 months)
- Payment in advance per month plus a one month deposit
- Digital or physical intake/tour in advance
- Smoking inside is not allowed
- No pets allowed
- No parties allowed
