Over de woonruimte

This is a 40 m² apartment that includes a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom, located just a 5-minute walk from UMCG. 

We are a couple of student workers currently living in this wonderful apartment. However, due to an internship required for my master’s program, we need to leave the property earlier than planned (the contract are for one year).

 IMPORTANT TO NOTE :)
We would prefer that the incoming tenant agrees to take over the contracts for the washing machine and dryer (provided by Wasgoed) at €30 per month, as well as the internet (currently situated at the storage room), which is already set up with Youfone (€20 per month for the next 3 months, then €40 per month).

These arrangements were initially made as one-year contracts, and we hope to avoid paying the remaining months all at once since the agreement runs until September.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. If you're interested in the apartment, don't hesitate to contact us! It will be available starting from March.

NOTE: An agency rents this apartment from Groningen, but we can arrange a visit as well, as soon as we find the appropriate tenant we will put you in contact with the agency for all the arrangements.
