The apartment comes with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway and balcony.
Being 15m² in size, the living room has a fold-out sofa, which can be used as a two-person bed when folded out. For placing a nourished meal a coffee table and dinner table are at your disposal. To prepare it a fridge, microwave and kettle accompanies them. The lounge chair can be used to relax while listening to music from the audio system, while a closet is in the room to store your belongings in it.

The bedroom, 15m² as well, goes with a two-person bed with double mattress, to offer you maximum comfort and sleep after a day of working. To continue work, the desk with printer is available for you. Naturally the printer is stocked with fresh new ink. The closet in the room can be used to store your clothing, medicine, office supplies or any other thing you wish to be stored.

Equipped with a brand new stove, the kitchen includes an oven, pans, juice mixer and panini maker for your cooking necessities.

The bathroom has toiletries, towels and paper stocked for you on arrival and the hallway houses a washing machine for your cleaning needs. To conclude, a view of the southside of Amsterdam is offered with the apartment's balcony, accessible through your living room and bedroom windows.

The apartment offers a bike storage on the lower floor for you to store your bike in for maximum security. This storage is only accessible with your electronic key, which will be given to you on arrival.
At the front of the building you can park your car for free and next to it is a park for you to walk your dog.
If you want to go to the mall it will only take you 5 minutes walking, while the closest city centre connections are just 5 minutes driving. If you prefer to take public transport, it will be merely 7 minutes walking. To get to the city centre it will take 15 minutes by car, while as little as 10 minutes by public transport.
