Over de woonruimte

We are subletting our nice house in Delft Tanthof from the 26th of December 2024 until the 25th of January 2025 and from the 15th of February 2025 until 30th of April 2025. We would love to find a responsible and calm person to stay at our house.
The house is fully furnished, 75m2 big and with a beautiful garden. It's next to a small cute park and a big nature area where you can do nice hikes. The house is on 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The rent will be 1300 Euros/month (exclusive: w/g/e/ internet) plus a 500 Euro deposit (refunded at the end).  The utility costs are 350€/month extra. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood closeby TU Delft Campus (5 to 10 minute bike ride) .
You'll be living in a court where you're surrounded by people that rely on each other. That's why we're looking for a calm and serious person to rent the place. 2 people could be considered as well..

-Sublet periods: from the 26th of December 2024 till 25th of January 2025 and 15th of February 2025 till 30 of April 2025
-Price will be calculated for the exact duration
