From the first of December the second floor apartment in the spaarndammerbuurt in Amsterdam will become available for rent. The apartment is located in the Spaarndammerbuurt on the loveliest square of the Spaarndammerstraat, near pubs and restaurants. It is also within easy walking distance of the Westerpark, the Houthavens and the Jordaan.

The new building was completed on in 2019. It is very energy friendly and very comfortable, having underfloor heating, ventilation with heat recovery, three-layered glass and extra insulation for the front and roof.

The apartment will be rented out fully furnished, with television, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment, furniture, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etcetera. 

The apartment has a 3 square meter storage room and a big easy accessible rooftop terrace.

Because of the A++ label 60 euro for gas water and electricity will cover the monthly cost for energy!

Lease terms and conditions will apply, , we will ask for a copy of the tenant’s passport, a copy of the tenant’s current employment contract, a copy of a bank statement in the name of the tenant and 2 months’ deposit. The apartment is for 2 people being a couple or otherwise for a single person. Tenants should be older then 25 years. No students.

Income requirement is min 3 x the rent
