About the house:

The house has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. It's located on 2nd floor and the view is great regardless the weather 
Inside the house left side there is kitchen, with plenty of natural light equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toastie and coffee machine
On right side, separated from kitchen cooking smells, there is a corridor which leads to rest of the house, where you can access the separated toilet and bathroom spaces, shower (no bath)
1st bedroom is equipped with double curtains and furnished with wall wardrobe-closet, tv and tv furniture, small table and a double bed
2nd bedroom has access to balcony and is furnished with a sofa which can transform to 1,5 bed, huge mirrored wardrobe and my office with already installed monitors
Living room with a 3 seat sofa bed, sofa chaise longue, glassy table and its 4 chairs, a wooden coffee table and the tv furniture and speakers
TV, Wi-Fi available and rooms have radiators with separate thermostats on them, recently all building change to Energy label B
Apartment having already furniture lights, paintings and carpets. However, tenant can always remove and store anything doesn't need in house's basement storage room, around 4-5 m2

About the area:

The house is located in a quiet and green residential area around Nieuw West Amsterdam, close to Sloterplas lake
The location is ideal for families or professionals 
It is well served by public transport (buses and tram 1, 17 stops 100 meters from apartment) making it easy to travel to Amsterdam Central Station and the city center, only 15-20 minutes away. 
5 tram stops towards Centrum, there is also Metro and Train - Station Lelylaan
In case of driving, apartment building has its own parking 24/7   while Highwayring-A10 is 5min away, makes it ideal for anyone with car too
The neighborhood surrounded with family-friendly amenities such as schools, sports training fields, several playgrounds and dog walking trails
There is also a general practitioner (GP + pharmacy) and several supermarkets that you can reach in neighborhood as is located between Osdorplein-Meervaart and OsdorperBan markets

- Utilities: Water, Electricity and heating bills are not included. Costs are calculated based on your consumption
- No students 
- Pets allowed
- The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we expect tenants to respect the neighborhood and taking into mind that neighbors have young children in preschool
