I have a beautiful and cosy two bedroom apartment available for rent in Amsterdam. It is located in Oud-West, near the center, within walking distance of the Jordaan/nine streets, Leidseplein, De Hallen and Museumplein.

About the apartment:

The apartment is 85m2 and located on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift). It is semi furnished. Please note that most furniture in the pictures will be removed but basic furniture (curtains, bed, couch, table and chairs, washer/dryer combination, will be there). The apartment has a living room with an open kitchen with bar and a french balcony, a very large master bedroom with a balcony at the back and a smaller bedroom. There is also a shared terrace (not on the pictures). 
It is perfect for a professional couple or small family. 

Water, electricity, TV/internet utilities are to be organised by the renter her/himself. 

Available from February 1st and registration is possible.

There are no contract drawing costs. No agency’s fees, contract will be done directly with the owner.

No smoking.
