Want to be close to the sights and parks of Amsterdam but with peace and quiet at night? This apartment is the spot for you. You are 30 min from Schipol and steps away from tram and bus stops that head into the city center (15 min) or it's a 10 min bike ride to the center. 5 minute walk to Erasmus Park and a 15 min walk to Westerpark. Cool cafes, restaurants, and breakfast spots are all within a stones throw. We love Terrasmus and Samen for coffee/breakfast, and tons of other places within reach. There's an Albert Heijn, organic co-op grocery store, outside market, and other stores on the same block. Bos en lommer is a really great neighbourhood, this is a perfect starter apartment for your life in Amsterdam. 

The apartment is super cozy and spacious enough for two people. There are 4 rooms: master bedroom, kitchen/dining, living room, and a second bedroom or office that opens to a small balcony. When there is sun out it gets great afternoon light in the living room and directly on the balcony. We loved living here for the past 6 years and now it is ready to share for someone else. The apartment is very well maintained. We pride ourselves in being awesome landlords and we are looking for equally awesome tenants. Aside from being able to pay rent, we need people that will respect the space and be good neighbours (no loud, late parties, etc.). We are also looking for non-smokers to live here to keep the apartment and furniture in good condition. 

Access is via stairs. In America we would call it the third floor, my girlfriend says it is the second floor above ground. 
We have all the basic furnishings and kitchen items covered as you can see in the pictures. Real wood flooring throughout the apartment which is nice on bare feet. The master bedroom has a brand new King sized bed (180x200cm) and each bedroom has a full-sized wardrobe. Not shown is the desk/chair for the spare room and smart TV for the living room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel gas stove and and oven that heats up super fast, and a few appliances including toastie maker. Tons of storage space in the cabinets. We have a clothes washer and little wash room off the kitchen and a clothes drying rack. Heating via the radiators works great and there is a smart controller to regulate the temp. Because we are sandwiched between other apartments it only needs extra heat in the coldest months. 

The toilet is separate from the shower which has a double sink and drawers with lots of space for toiletries. The exhaust fans are really good and turn on automatically with lights. 
There's even a storage room on the ground floor for bikes/extra stuff (with outlet in case you have an electric bike to charge).

We are also willing to bring in another bed into the spare room if you will be two flat mates. We will cover all the utilities including internet and provide monthly itemised statements for that as required by Dutch law.
