About the place

At the end of may 2025 a complete furnished studio will be up for rent.
Minimal rent period is 2 years, but 1 is discussable.

The studio is located in Zoeterwoude Rijndijk which is 400 meter away of the border with Leiden and within 12 minutes by bike you are in the city centre of Leiden.

In the past 4 weeks the studio has been renovated and completely furnished with brand new stuff.
The rent price isn't included with those newly bought things such as:

Bed (1.60x2.00m)
Couch
Refrigerator + freezer (Bosch)
Washingmachine + dryer (Bosch)
Closet
Shower and toilet
Desk

Things that will leave with me:

Tv + soundbar
Computer + screen


My main concern is that left or right the furnishing will be paid in full.
Or when entering the appartment, or monthly in the rent till the moment the stuff is completely paid.
