About the place

Located in the charming village of Winsum, just 12 km north of Groningen, our studio is available for rent during September and October. The rent is €800 per month (excluding electricity).

The studio includes:

A separate bedroom with a shower

A separate toilet

A living room

A small kitchen with a two-burner stove


There is no washing machine, but laundry facilities are available at a campsite just 500 meters away.

The location is very convenient – only 150 meters from the train station, with a 15-minute ride to Groningen.
