About the place

I’m a cosy, fully furnished studio in the charming little city of Wijk bij Duurstede — small but mighty (and over 750 years old!), around 30 km from Utrecht, I’m located in a beschermd gebied (protected heritage area), which basically means my neighbourhood is beautiful, historic, and unlikely to be bulldozed anytime soon.
I’m looking for someone special. Someone who:
    Is studying for a Master’s or PhD (yes, I appreciate brainy types).
    Needs a quiet, ready-to-move-in place to focus and recharge.
    Can live with the fact that the last bus from Utrecht CS to Wijk bij Duurstede leaves at 1 AM.
If you’re looking for a peaceful spot where concentration comes easy, in a quirky, historic city to explore between study marathons not far from Utrecht, know that I come with everything: comfy furniture, all the appliances you could want, pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery — even towels, bed linen, a dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, oven, and microwave. Just bring your clothes, laptop, and favourite mug… although I’ve got mugs too.
