Hi,
We at 'Woongroep Het Hart' are looking for a new housemate starting November 1, 2024.
Are you looking for a place surrounded by nature and do you enjoy also living a bit together with others?
Are you a woman between 25 and 53? Do you have no children living with you and no pets?
Then you're exactly who we're looking for!

The studio is available for 6 months with the option to extend. The rent is €860 all-inclusive. This means:
Furnished, including gas, water, and electricity, including use of the washing machine, common areas, and garden.

Your private space is your own independent studio, consisting of a 28 m² ground floor apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom, and a 14 m² attic bedroom.

The common areas we share are the living room, kitchen/diner, utility room, conservatory, and garden.
Our house is located in the woods between Weert and Belgium, next to the Blauwe Meertje lake. The estate covers 2 hectares, three-quarters of which is woodland and one-quarter open field. It offers many opportunities for (small-scale) outdoor activities.
