Newly renovated studio apartment for rent. Quiet area, yet shops, restaurant and Wassenaar city centre nearby. Easy commute to Leiden (10 min) and Den Haag (15 min) by car. Busstop to both cities 10 min walk. 20 minutes by bike to Bio Science Park  Leiden University, 30 min by bike to Den Haag. 

Apartment comes with everything you may need: furniture, towels & bed linnens, fully equiped kitchen, washing maching and dryer etc. You just need to breng your toothbrush and clothes. Also included in the rental price: cable tv and wifi.  Small patio with outdoor seating. Communal indoor area for bike storage.
 
Included in the rental price of 1250 is a 150 euro advance for gas, electricity and water. Once a year the actual bill for usage will be settled. The studio is energy efficient with energielabel A so the advance is normally enough to cover actual usage.
