In a very quiet villa area. Available on the second floor via a spacious staircase, an entire upper floor is available with its own living space with three separate living/bedrooms with windows (each approx. 20-25 m2) plus its own spacious luxurious bathroom with toilet bubble bath and shower 10m2. Your own kitchen still needs to be installed in consultation. The studio/ appartment is unfurnished. Possible extra: available on site: 2 parking spaces plus use of private garden area. Energy costs depend on the size of the tenant's family and will reasonably determined and will not be overcharged.
