About the place

Hey roomseekers!
I am looking for a tenant to temporarily subrent my room in Wageningen, preferably a student (bachelor’s,  master’s, or PhD) at WUR or an intern in Wageningen. The room is self-contained, having a private bathroom and kitchen. It is a nice quiet space furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, fridge, and more (see video). The complex also has a laundry room (with washing machines and dryers), a green courtyard, and a cozy common room. The location is convenient, with the complex being less than 10 minutes away from both uni and the city center by bike. There is also a bus stop right in front of the complex, connecting you to the Wageningen bus station and Ede-Wageningen train station. The room faces south, which means lots of natural light and warmth during the winter. It is also furnished with heating and air conditioning. The room is located in Nieuwe Kanaal 1 and is available from November 16, 2024 to February 6, 2025. It is eligible for rental subsidy by the Dutch government if you are 18 years old or more (I used to receive €250 so, if you get approved, you would only be paying approximately €350 - you will not find any other self-contained rooms this cheap in Wageningen!!).
