About the place

This spacious studio has its own bathroom, kitchen and toilet. The living room is large and has a separate loft accessible via a staircase, which can be used as a cosy bedroom.

Shops and supermarkets are located on the same street. The bus stop is right outside the door and the station (Velp) is only a 5-minute walk away.

Rent allowance is (usually) possible. When renting, it is possible to take over various appliances, in consultation with the current tenant.
