About the place

If you are looking for a place to stay for the next 6 months, I’m looking for someone to take over my room from April/May to November 2024. 

My room has:
- furniture
- private bathroom
- private kitchenette
- Internet

Room is available starting any day from April 1st till November 15th at the Xior student house (Sneeuwberglaan 1, Vaals) for 450 eur/month. Water, electricity, heating, and internet are included.

There are also big common rooms and study areas, a TV room, and a laundry room in the building. Different shops and supermarkets are available within a 5 min walk, Lidl is in the neighbouring building.
