About the place

We are looking for a working individual to rent our recently renovated and beautifully designed studio on the 2nd floor. The entire second floor will be for the tenant.

The studio has two rooms and a view of the park, with a private kitchen, toilet, and bathroom.

It’s just a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Utrecht or the train station. Public transportation and supermarkets (AH & Aldi) are all within walking distance.

The rent is €1300 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. Internet is also provided. A one-month deposit is required.

The tenant must clean at least once a week. If not, a cleaner will be hired at the tenant’s expense.

No pets are allowed, and smoking inside the house is prohibited.
