- 28 sq. m studio with a large wall-to-wall window, sliding door, and small balcony overlooking courtyard and canal.
- Kitchen with 4-burner electric stove, microwave, oven hood, modern appliances, large freezer and fridge, ample counter space, and cabinet storage. (No oven)
- Tiled bathroom with shower, sink basin, and counter shelf.
- Partially furnished: bed, mattress, and dresser (non-negotiable). Optional: additional dresser and couch upon discussion.

Location
- 10-minute bike ride to the city center.
- 6-minute walk to Vaartsche Rijn Station.
- Close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. 
Easy commute to Utrecht Science Park.

Rental Terms
- Rent for one person: €1,090 utilities included. €1,000 deposit for single person. 
- Rent for two people: €1,450 per month (utilities included), €1,500 deposit. One tenant must be a UU student, but both can register with the city.
- All utilities included: WiFi, heating, water, bike storage, unlimited laundry in shared space, and furniture.
- Parking available for a fee.
