I’m looking for someone to sublet my cozy 24 m² studio in Utrecht. It’s located just a few minutes' walk from station Vaartsche Rijn, so super well-connected to the rest of the city and beyond.

It is a newly built building for students. Fully furnished – but all my personal belongings will be gone, so you'll have the space completely to yourself
All utilities included (electricity, water, heating, internet)
Perfect for someone currently looking for housing in Utrecht and in between places.
Private bathroom + kitchen
Ideal for a quiet, responsible tenant who needs a comfortable and convenient place to stay for the MONTH OF AUGUST.
