Location: 
The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of the Nova and Vasco da Gama shopping centers. The accessibility and location of the studio are excellent, with major roads (including highways) and tram and bus connections nearby. Park Transwijk is about a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central is approximately 13 minutes by bike, and within 15 minutes, you can be in the center of Utrecht!

The studio: 
This is a newly built studio, meaning no one has lived there before, and almost everything is brand new and unused. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. It is situated on the first floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The studio is fully furnished from top to bottom and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided, from a comfortable bed and a (foldable) dining table to a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details like a kettle, draining rack, and kitchen utensils are included. The bathroom is very luxurious and modern, featuring a walk-in shower, stylish finishes, and high-quality materials. Everything is new, from the tiles to the bathroom accessories, giving the space a fresh and well-maintained look. 

All you need to do is bring your suitcase, and everything else is already arranged!
