Location:
The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of shopping center Nova and Vasco da Gama. The accessibility and therefore the location of the studio are excellent, with major highways and tram and bus connections in the immediate vicinity. Park Transwijk is about a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is approximately a 13-minute bike ride, and you can reach Utrecht city center within 15 minutes!

The Studio:
This is a brand-new studio, so no one has lived in it before, and virtually everything is new and unused. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and room. It is located on the second floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The studio is fully furnished from top to bottom and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided: a comfortable bed, a (foldable) dining table, a seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details like a kettle, drying rack, and cooking utensils are included. Additionally, there is a TV with Chromecast, allowing you to easily stream your favorite shows and movies.
The bathroom is very luxurious and modern, featuring a spacious shower cabin, stylish finishes, and high-quality materials. Everything is brand new, from the tiles to the bathroom accessories, giving it a fresh and well-maintained appearance.

You only need to bring your suitcase—the rest is already taken care of!
