Location:
The studio is located in Kanaleneiland-Zuid, within walking distance of shopping center Nova and Vasco da Gama. The accessibility and, therefore, the location of the studio are excellent, with major arterial roads (including highways) and tram and bus connections in the immediate vicinity. Park Transwijk is approximately a 7-minute walk away. Utrecht Central Station is about a 13-minute bike ride, and you can reach the center of Utrecht within 15 minutes!
The Studio:
This is a newly built studio, meaning no one has lived in it before, and virtually everything is brand new and unused. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, and living space. It is located on the second floor (accessible via a fixed staircase) and offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the water. The studio is fully furnished from top to bottom and ready for immediate use. Everything you need is provided, from a comfortable bed, a (foldable) dining table, and a seating area to a fully equipped kitchen with pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses. Even small details, such as a kettle, drying rack, and cooking utensils, are included. Additionally, there is a TV with Chromecast, allowing you to easily stream your favorite shows and movies.
The bathroom is very luxurious and modern, featuring a spacious shower cabin, stylish finishes, and high-quality materials. Everything is brand new, from the tiles to the bathroom accessories, ensuring a fresh and well-maintained appearance.

All you need to bring is your suitcase – everything else is already taken care of!
