About the place

The room shown in the picture is available for rent, in a 2 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is located in North Transwijk, about 15 minutes walk from the train station. 

The apartment is shared, I stay in the other room, but you will be living by yourself most of the year due to my work schedule, I am an engineer working at sea. I am looking for a quiet person, who is clean, responsible and not messy.

The place has a front and back garden, which you would be expected to maintain - nothing crazy, just removing weeds as they grow.
