About the place

Hi there,

 I have another 20m² studio for rent. It is under construction and completion is this coming week. 

The studio comes with a private bathroom and kitchen. It will be delivered fully furnished! So it includes a bed + mattress, wardrobe, dresser, table, 2 chairs, 2-seater sofa, and saloon table. 

The kitchen has an induction hob, spacious microwave oven, extractor hood, and spacious cupboards. 

Curtains are on order and will also be included, so it is fully furnished and brand new! We are looking for a neat, sociable, and quiet tenant! (Female)

The house where the studio is located is very clean and well-maintained. I live in the house with my mother, 2 other tenants, and lovely cats! who each have their own room.

 Near a small shopping center with all necessities and public transport within walking distance. Also close to parks and lots of nature because the river Vecht is a 1-minute walk away. There are also parking spaces in front of the house, and you can park your bicycle there as well.

This studio is suitable for only one person. Not 2!
