About the place

Attic floor with private washbasin and plenty of light in a quiet neighbourhood. Currently being prepared for occupancy. This includes moving in furniture, finishing the painting, and installing carpeting. 
Preference for someone with a Russian-speaking background. Another student lives in the house. Direct bus connection to Utrecht Science Park, a 3-minute walk away.
